Voto Latino/Be Counted Campaign
Be Counted is the latest grass roots campaign sponsored by the Voto Latino, a non-profit, non-partisan organization whose mission it is to increase the civic participation of American Latino youth. The Be Counted campaign’s goal is to encourage participation and create awareness of the upcoming 2010 census. SlackFeed partnered with Voto Latino to create the website for the campaign which included a real-time pledge map, multiple social media hooks, loads of information about the census and free i-Tunes downloads for those who registered on the site.
